Some prizes and Trophys are given to Grindleford residents, however the majority are open to exhibitors outside Grindleford. Classes 1 - 11 are for Grindleford Residents, Classes 24C, 25C & 26C are for children from Grindleford primary school, all other classes are open.
A "Novice exhibitor" is somebody who has not previously exhibited at Grindleford
Unclaimed exhibits or those donated are auctioned at 4.30 pm

An entry form is required for all exhibitors (Other than classes 24C, 25C,26C)
Arts & crafts, the dimensions of your exhibit are needed, so a suitable space can be allocated
Classes 128, 129, 131, 132 - Please put your name on the back of your work/Photo and bring with you to Registration
Registration takes place on Thursday 19th 6 pm - 8.30 pm at Bishop Pavilion (Please bring cash)

Marquee is open for staging at 8.00 AM until 9.45 AM
Use the tables provided art the entrance to the Marquee to stage your exhibit

Definition
Vase: A vessel that is larger in height, than the diameter of the mouth
Bowl: has a diameter at it mouth that is equal or larger than its height
Dressed: A way of presenting onions in their skins, see Showing Onions
Truss: A truss should gradually reduce from good quality ripe fruit (about 1/3 rd of Truss) down to smaller immature or unripe fruit
